Spirit of Homecoming 2015 Sweepstakes Form

HAPPY HOMECOMING!!

This is an amazing year for our university, and we can't wait to celebrate all of UL's accomplishments with our on campus family!  Please fill out the form below to be considered for the sweepstakes competition.

***PLEASE NOTE: Signing up for sweepstakes does NOT connote signing up for individual events.  Please remember to register for EACH additional event (listed below) when registration forms become available for them!***

• In order to be eligible for Spirit of Homecoming Sweepstakes, organizations must have completed (and not have been disqualified from) the following events:  SPIRIT BANNER DISPLAY, PARADE, CAJUN KARAOKE, CAJUNS CAN CARE, YELL LIKE HELL
• There are 3 categories for Sweepstakes:  Fraternities, Sororities or Independents (all other organizations and partnerships); there will be a 1st place winner in each category.
• Student organizations may partner with other student organizations for participation.  Up to 3 organizations will be allowed in 1 partnership.
• Organizations will receive participation points for the above listed events.  To receive the full amount of participation points please read the detailed rules for each event.
• If your organization wisheds to partner, please fully complete all aspects of the webform below to be matched appropriately.
