Lagniappe Day 2019 is Tomorrow!

You've been waitin'...  and it's tomorrow: Lagniappe Day 2019!

Friday, April 5th, is your day for a little something extra. Rain or shine (and we're going with the shine part), come join UPC for the 46th Annual Lagniappe Day, being held at the Student Union on Boucher Street, with additional activities on the Union Porch. We'll have canoe paddling on Cypress Lake, a jalapeño eating contest (if you fancy a little heat), and we'll be enjoying the 42nd anniversary of Phil Beridon's lake jump. And don't forget the crawfish!

We'll have two 100-foot tents, two DJs, and lots of tables and chairs for your dining and dancing pleasure!

For a meal swipe, or $7.82, you get all the crawfish and fixin's you can eat, access to the Cypress Lake dining hall upstairs, and more. Payment can be made with your meal plan, declining balance, cash, or debit/credit cards. You'll be able to swipe/pay at any UL Lafayette dining location (Cypress Lake Dining Hall, Lagniappe Cafe, the Brew, Cafe Fleur de Lis, Jazzman's Cafe, McAlister's, and the food court in Agnes Edwards) starting at 10:00 am on Friday, April 5, then you will receive your wristband for unlimited crawfish.
