Get on Board Day Registration Form

The 26th annual Get on Board Day will be held on August 27, 2014. This event will be held during Welcome Week. We think this is a great opportunity to showcase your organization while recruiting new members. This is your day, along with other organizations, to show the value of campus involvement.

Due to construction in the Quad and constraints on locations, Get on Board Day will be held from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on the corner of Hebrard and St. Mary Boulevard near Lee and Broussard Halls. We will provide your organization with one table and two chairs and we ask that you bring display items you feel will effectively promote your organization. NO ADDITIONAL TABLES WILL BE ALLOWED. All of your promotional items must fit on the table provided. You may set up your table beginning at 10:30 a.m. and must be finished by 11:00 a.m. You may have a pop-up-tent that is NO LARGER than 10x10 feet. The tent must be WEIGHTED DOWN; nothing can be nailed into the ground to support the tent under any circumstances. We ask that your representatives wear organizational shirts, and we encourage the representatives to wear red and white to show your school spirit. Each organization will be responsible for the trash around its table area.

There is a $15.00 registration fee, which will cover the cost of organizing and publicizing the event. Please submit your $15.00 fee and the registration form to the University Program Council office on the 2nd floor of Vermillion by 12:30 p.m. on Friday, August 22, 2014.

Our event can only be successful if you participate. We hope that you are as excited as we are about Get on Board Day, and we look forward to seeing you on August 27th. If Get on Board Day is rained out on August 27th, the event will be moved to Wednesday, September 3rd.
