Hispanic Heritage Month: Tres Vidas

Tuesday, October 2, 2018 - 6:00pm to 7:30pm

October 2018 is Hispanic Heritage Month! As part of celebrations and events honoring Hispanic cultures and heritage, UPC (in conjunction with Sigma Lambda Gamma) is proud to present Tres Vidas, a play that highlights and pays tribute to the extraordinary lives of three women: Frida Kahlo, artist and activist from México; Salvadorian activist and minister Rufina Amaya; and Argentinian poet and educator Alfonsina Storni. Tres Vidas also features Mexican, Salavadorian, and Argentinian folk songs, vocals, and instrumental tangos. The performance will be on Tuesday, October 2, beginning at 6:00 pm in Angelle Hall.

A reception following the play will be held on the Student Union balcony starting at 7:30 pm. Everyone will have the opportunity to meet and mingle with the stars of the play. We look forward to seeing you at the play and reception!

¡Esperamos ver a todos en esta actuación de Tres Vidas!
