Candid Conversations: Allies Training

UPC Invites you to join us for the first meeting of the Candid Conversation series for Spring 2018. Our first conversation will be Wednesday, February 21st at 6:00 pm in Student Union Room 157 (UPC's office). The subject will be "Allies Training", which is designed to improve visibility and support for LGBT+ students. This program creates the opportunity to help students to ascertain where they can safely turn for support and information. Allies training can also support the campus community's efforts to identify safe places where individuals can speak freely about issues, including sexual orientation and gender identity, which may affect their academic success or overall well being. Please feel welcome to join us for a safe and respectful conversation and discussion.
